Women on Weights - W.O.W.

Join this National weight training program designed just for women. Participants will learn how to combine cardio and strength training to lose weight, inches all without adding bulk.

Note: Child care is available. No class on 9/7.

Circuit Training

Metabolic Circuit Training

Use resistance training and non-traditional cardio exercises to create a metabolic effect for excellent conditioning results. With little rest between exercises, this is an extremely high intensity class! This class is designed to keep your metabolism at an increased level for up to 72 hours after your workout! This class will utilize our TRX trainers, dumbbells, kettle bells, bosu’s and more.
