Yoga for Fitness
This class is a great combination of traditional yoga and contemporary
fitness moves. It will give you a great all around workout combining
cardiovascular, strength and flexibility components. Fitness yoga
is a great way to shape and define your muscles, along with giving
you added flexibility and stress reduction. All fitness levels
are welcome in this class.
NOTE: Please bring a yoga mat to class.

Pi-Yo
Ages 16 & Up
This class offers the flowing sequence of pilates and Yoga focussing
on core strength, flexibility, and centering. The emphasis of the
exercises is to strengthen the abdominals, improve posture, stabilize
and lengthen the spine, improve balance and overall strength. While
the yoga portion makes the body more flexible and helps you relax
even in the midst of a stress stricken environment.
NOTE: Please bring
a yoga mat to class.
