Youth Swim Lessons

Club Fitness Swim Lessons
Member and Non-Member Fees apply. Non-Members may take one session of swim lessons per year. After the initial session, students must be a Junior Member to take additional sessions. Please note, one-year Junior Memberships (8th Grade and Younger) are just $45 for residents and $55 for non-residents. These memberships also save you $14 per class on swimming lessons, and have several other added benefits. Call 630-889-2150 for more information.

Swim Lessons - Level 2

Level 2 - Recommended Ages 4-9
With continued safety issues discussed, this level is designed to progress the swimmer to unsupported floating, gliding and breathing skills. Students should be able to jump in “hands free” and feel comfortable with their face in the water.

Pool Location: Club Fitness Pool, Centennial Place
Fee: $39 M/$53 NM

Student Instruction: Swim Students need to be 5 minutes early to each class.

Observation: As a courtesy to the instructors, parents are not allowed on swimming deck area. Parents are reminded that this is a continuous program and each child will develop at his/her own rate.

Inclement Weather: Swim lesson participants will be inside and watch a swim/water safety video during bad weather.

Refund Policy: The Park District policy for lessons does not accept refund, transfers, or letters of credit after the 2nd day of class. For information on our refund policy, please refer to APD General Policies. There will be no make-up lessons for cancelled classes.
