the 4th Monday of each month unless otherwise noted. The public is invited and encouraged to
attend these meetings. Anyone wishing to present a topic for discussion should

Board of Commissioners
Innovative leadership starts with our community-elected, five member Board of Commissioners. Members of the Board of Commissioners are elected to six year terms and serve without compensation.
The Addison Park District is a separate governing unit which levies its own tax to provide park facilities and recreation for the residents of the district. The Board is responsible for the creation of Park District Policy and to oversee the Finances of the District. Day to day operations are handled by a professional staff led by the Executive Director.
