Lifting Weights

Women on Weights - W.O.W.

Ages 13 & Up
National weight training program designed just for women by female personal trainers. Work out and socialize with other women and learn how to properly lose weight and inches by lifting weights…without adding bulk. Child care is available.

Adult Fitness

Ages 14 & Up
Experience the benifits of this cardiovascular class taught on the treadmill. This class utilizes sprints, hills, runs, and slow walks with varying speeds and inclines. This is a great way to get more out of your treadmill workout. If you love the treadmill and bored with your current workout this class is for you. Burn fat calories and lose weight. What are you waiting for? Sign up soon, spaces are limited.

Boot Camp - Fitness

Get F.I.T. Boot Camp

This intense workout will take you through a variety of cardio and strength exercises. Running, agility drills, weight training, and flexibility will be a part of this six week program. This class is a great way to increase your metabolism, decrease body fat and build strength and endurance. Get ready to work hard!

NOTE: Prior fitness assessments are advised and minimal measurements will be provided. For beginners and for those who prefer a less intense workout, please choose the "Beginner Class." Child care is available. No class on 6/25, 6/30 or 9/1.

Wedding Party Workout

Ages 12 & Up
Do you like dancing at weddings? Do you try to upstage the bride on the dance floor? Whether you’re a pro or a beginner, this class is for you. Let loose and get crazy by rocking out the the cha cha slide, the bunny hop, twist and shout and other wedding favorites.
