*Annual, 3-month, and monthly membership requires full payment at the time of registration. Monthly debit will need to be done on an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)from a checking account, with a voided check or monthly
debit from a credit card. Monthly debit memberships automatically renew and continue until written cancellation is received, in accordance with your membership agreement. Premium monthly debit memberships may be cancelled and re-started at any time with no penalties and without having to
pay the enrollment fee.

Members must be at least in 9th grade to use the facility.Members under 18 years of age must haveparent/guardiansign a fitness waiver before using the facility. The maximumage for a student membership is 23 years old. Participantsmust be 17 years old or older to use the swimming pool
and spa area, including the whirlpool, sauna and steam room.

Senior	62 years old or better
Student	14 - 23 years of age and full-time enrollment (10 credit hours)
Members ages 14 - 17 years old must have parent/guardian sign waiver before using fitness facility. Participants must be 17 years or older to use swimming pool and spa area including whirlpool, sauna and steam room.
