BELLY DANCING FOR FITNESS

This program — which is suitable for all body types, both sexes and all ages — will make you sweat. Belly dancing offers serious cardio and full-body toning targeting the upper arms, the core abdominal muscles, the hips and the thighs. Other benefits include weight loss, increased flexibility, improved posture and less stress. The beginning class will teach you the basics and will include high-energy original dance routines. The intermediate/advanced class will take you to the next level with even more challenging dance techniques. This class will also include instruction for finger cymbals and veils (students must provide their own). No prior dance training is necessary. Please wear any comfortable workout attire.

Boot Camp - Fitness

BOOT CAMP GET F.I.T.

New Mini Class! Use resistance training and non-traditional cardio exercises to create a metabolic effect for excellent conditioning results. With little rest between exercises, this is an extremely high intensity class! This class is designed to keep your metabolism at an increased level for up to 72 hours after your workout! GLIDING -THE SUPREME
TOTAL-BODY WORKOUT

New Mini Class! Glide your way through the newest craze in fitness. The glides allow an innovative sliding motion that engages your muscles, through a full range to strengthen and lengthen your major muscle groups of your entire body. You will sculpt shapely legs, tone your inner and outer thighs, decrease your hip size and firm and lift your buttocks. This class will also include a traditional cardio workout that will make you sweat and burn fat and calories as your metabolism increases.
