RISING STARS

Your star will learn basic tumbling, bars, beam vaulting skills and movements associated with gymnastics at an appropriate level for their age. This class develops coordination, self-confidence, listening, strength, balance, and body awareness. Note: Children need to participate without parent assistance. Class ratio 7:1.

SHOOTING STARS

Shooting stars class will introduce the first time star to the sport of gymnastics. The returning stars will improve their skills. This class will take each child to the next step up on tumbling, bars, beam, and vault. Class ratio 7:1.
